Dissapointed Aug 13, 2008 Although the delivery of this was right on time (no complaints in that department) The actual product is a disappointment, it gets stuck to my eyelashes and it pulls them out. I would definitely not recommend it if you want to have any lashes left.

Love this product! Jan 09, 2008 Note there is another Amazon entry for this same product under the Beauty category, and that item has more reviews. Check there - do not decide based on the few reviews found here.
I bought this product based on its recommendation in "The 5 Minute Face" by Carmindy from TLC's What Not to Wear show on TV. I love it!
Granted, this lash curler is short - it does not claim to curl all your lashes with one squeeze. I have to squeeze 3 or 4 times to cover my whole eye, but the great thing is that you can get very close to your eye and get a lot of curl. It's called a "corner" lash curler, but it's great for your whole eye - you just have to squeeze it a few times to cover the whole area. You can also easily curl the lashes again a little ways out from the lash line to get even more curl but that's probably also true of a "regular" lash curler. But using this one, you can do that only on the outer corner if you want - it gives you more control where you put the most curl.
One thing is that the package does not tell you which way to hold it, so the first time I used it, I did it upside down and it made my lash curl downwards! I immediately realized what I'd done wrong and flipped it over and everything was fine then. It's obvious when you try it the first time. I wonder if people who don't like this product had that happen to them and just didn't understand. The side with the rubber pad needs to be on the bottom.
Anyhow, a great product, not expensive, will probably last forever. Has no moving parts or anything and as I recall the package includes an extra rubber pad in case you wear the first one out. I think the package also tells you how to order more if you ever need that too.

worthless tool Sep 18, 2005 Clumsy to use and ineffective as well. I am returning mine.
Tweezerman tweezers are the best, so I am really disappointed in this tool.
