Best skin lotion I've ever used Jul 20, 2008
By Wells M. Blanchard
"wellsmb"
Everyone in my family has always had really dry skin. We have tried everything. It was Eucerin for a long time, but that was expensive and oily and didn't even work that well. Nivea and Vaseline Intensive Care never worked well. The only thing that ever really worked well to keep my skin moist and hydrated was Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, but that's sort of gross.
This is the best lotion I've ever used (I prefer the lotion bottles to the thicker stuff in the jars). I get lots of compliments on the way it smells and it's not greasy. It's significantly better than Palmer's from my experience. It's gotten really hard to find on shelves, so I've been ordering it in larger quantities to make sure I have a supply just in case it becomes unavailable. I've been using it now for years.
If you have really dry skin, you have to try this!

I love this product. It keeps my hands and face moisturized at a price tag I like paying! (Because it isn't heavily scented, men like it too, so if you've got some macho man with dry hands, let him try some. He's going to like it.) It's a good thing it comes in a two-pack: one for you and one for him.

Great lotion for the price you are getting Sep 01, 2009
By Sam I am I came across Fruit of The Earth Cocoa and Shea butter lotion in Walmart some months ago. For the price I was getting, which was $7 canadian dollars for 946ml, I was shocked at the ingredients, after water, the second ingredient was shea and cocoa butter. The Body Shop charges $20 its cocoa butter lotion which has less than a quatre of the amount of Fruit of the Earth cocoa butter lotion. Then I was shocked at how well it kept my skin moisturized during the cold winter months. I fell in love with this product. It is also excellent for the face. It isn't oily, it is a wonderful product that yet has to be discovered by the general public. In this economic climate, it will be a hit. The only problem I found with this product is that sometimes it colours the pants you are wearing. I think they should stop putting colouring to their creams.

Fruit of the Earth Cocoa Butter is WONDERFUL Aug 23, 2007

I used Fruit of the Earth Cocoa butter cream all through my last pregnancy and didn't get a single stretch mark. I am using it again this pregnancy with the same results. I also use it on my face, and it is very thick and creamy without being greasy. A little goes a long way, thankfully, because this time around I have had a really hard time finding it. Amazon was the only place I was able to locate it. In my opinion it far outshines the other cocoa butter products (this one has a very light, pleasant smell, and is not runny and greasy), and totally outshines the other tummy honey's that cost WAY more. I absolutely love this product.
