I bought this thinking it would be great to spray on my son for the beach. The spray comes out in little globs that land on the body-and everywhere else! Don't even think about using this in your home, it's nasty.
The blobs of aersolized lotion that do make it to the intended surface still need to be rubbed in, like a lotion.
As you apply the product, it collects all over the opening to the container, so you will need to wash it off before storing it- a pain since you are NOT INSIDE by the sink...
I can't say if it works for sun protection as I was so annoyed with the application I reached for my dependable lotion instead. I eventually tossed this full bottle in the garbage.

Agree with July 18th review. The container nozzle spits out the lotion in blobs rather than a spray and so you then have to rub in the lotion in which really defeats the purpose of buying a Spray container. I returned the first spray lotion becuase of this thinking that it was just a faulty nozzle but the second was exactly the same.
Its probably a great product at sun protection but in spray lotion form its not worth it.
